The Practice Plan
During the IPPC (Infinite Prosperity & Possibilities Conference) at Congress of Quantum Masters in Mexico, The Quantum Alliance will be introducing The Practice Plan™ course for biofeedback practitioners. What is The Practice Plan? Simply put, it is a course to teach the practitioner the business principles of starting and operating a biofeedback practice. By learning these principles, the practitioner will be able to design their own practice from the very beginning, having complete control over their own preferred methods and philosophies; their own idea of what their practice will represent and how it may be marketed, advertised and promoted in the marketplace. Friday Night Zap (Wednesday's Edition) / Quantum Talent Night
A fun-filled comedy relief show hosted by President Brian Thompson. Come out for some fun and laughs! Also, back this year, the infamous Quantum Talent Night Show! Come out and help the judges determine Quantum’s Got Talent winner! Do you have a hidden talent that we need to know about? Come out and show us your stuff in this fun-filled evening of entertainment.

Support Central (Salon Palacio Room)
Support Central (Tech Support room) is available to any of you who have brought your computer and device. If you have a particular software issue or need help getting updated to the latest software version, or are seeking solutions to software issues you can arrange for us to have a look.
Please don't hesitate to seek me out if you need to connect with me. I can usually be found in or near Support Central. I am sure you will want to come by and say hello to (maybe even meet in person for the first time) two of our main Techs – Amit and Jeremy.
This year Support Central will be hosting the second annual 'Big Bang'(2 day event) prior to the official Congress kick off. Invitations to attend this training extend to AC's, NC's and their technical assistants. This gives us a chance to reach out and teach in person, those who are supporting practitioners in their own areas. Amit, Jeremy and myself will use this opportunity to 'download' as much knowledge as possible into the minds of those attending. It is great to be able to have this focused time to devote to teaching others some in-depth troubleshooting skills. The goal is to expand Support Central's services and grow this department internationally so that more INDIGO, E4I, SCIO and Eternale owners can receive the highest quality of support in more time zones and languages.
